However, because of differences in monitors, lighting, photography, and the natural variation inherent in diamonds, gemstones, and precious metals, we cannot guarantee that the images you see will exactly match the physical product you receive.

Diamonds and gemstones are natural products, and slight variations in color, clarity, cut, inclusions, and weight are normal and expected. Such variations do not constitute a defect.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any product, or modify product specifications at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that any particular product will be available.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices for diamonds, gemstones, and precious metals may fluctuate based on market conditions. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time your order is accepted.

We make every effort to ensure that pricing is accurate. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, system error, or other mistake, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed for that product, even after an order confirmation has been sent. If your payment has already been processed for an incorrectly priced order that we cancel, we will issue a full refund.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. Applicable sales taxes, shipping charges, and other fees will be added to your order total where required.

Orders and Acceptance

Your submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance by Forever Faithful Diamonds & Jewelry. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, errors in pricing or product information, or limitations on quantities available for purchase. Custom, Bespoke, and Made-to-Order Items

Forever Faithful Diamonds & Jewelry offers custom and made-to-order jewelry, including engagement rings designed through our ring builder tool. Custom and made-to-order items are created specifically for you based on the specifications you provide.

Because these items are personalized, the following terms apply:

  • Custom and made-to-order items may require a deposit or full payment before work begins.
  • Production timelines are estimates only and may vary based on materials, complexity, and supplier availability.
  • Once production has begun, custom and made-to-order items generally cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded except as required by law or as otherwise stated in our return policy.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and approving all design specifications, including stone selection, metal type, ring size, and engraving, before production begins. We are not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate information you provide.

Ring Builder and Design Tools

Our ring builder and other online design tools allow you to create and save jewelry configurations. These tools are provided for your convenience and for inspiration purposes. Saved configurations, quotes, or designs do not constitute a binding offer or guarantee of price or availability. Final pricing, materials, and specifications are confirmed at the time an order is placed and accepted.

You retain no ownership rights in the underlying software, design tools, or templates provided through the Services.

Appraisals, Certifications, and Documentation

Certain products may be accompanied by grading reports, certifications, or appraisals from Forever Faithful Diamonds & Jewelry or third-party laboratories. Appraisals are provided for insurance and informational purposes and represent an estimate of replacement value, which may differ from the purchase price or resale value. Third-party grading reports reflect the opinion of the issuing laboratory at the time of grading. We are not responsible for differences in grading standards between laboratories.

Warranties and Guarantees

Forever Faithful Diamonds & Jewelry stands behind the quality of its products. Any manufacturer or store warranty, including its scope, duration, and coverage, will be described at the time of purchase or in accompanying documentation. Warranties typically cover manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship and do not cover damage resulting from normal wear, accidents, misuse, improper care, loss, theft, or unauthorized repair or modification.

High-value shipments may require signature confirmation upon delivery. You agree to provide an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address provided by you.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Custom, engraved, altered, and made-to-order items are generally non-returnable except where required by law. Any service performed by a third party not authorized by Forever Faithful Diamonds & Jewelry may void applicable warranties.
